Delivery and Return policy

Beurercenter.com insures Free delivery within 24 hours of your order which means the next day. Thursday orders will always be delivered within 48 hrs.

Express Delivery (Within 4 Hours) 

When you choose Express Delivery, items are delivered on the same day within 4 hours. If the order is placed after the deadline, your order will be delivered on the next day. If this shipping option is not enabled, the order isn't eligible for express delivery at that time.

Select shipping option while placing your order:

1. Add the item to your Shopping Cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Choose an eligible shipping address within Kuwait no P.O. boxes.
3. Select the shipping option.

• Express delivery 4.000 KD 
• Next day delivery 2.000 KD

 

Return Policy

We Request Beurercenter.com Customers can return any item in case you have received damaged or opened with no cost. If you do not like the unopened product, and you would like to return it within 2 days, you will be charged the delivery cost of 2.000 KD. And we are working on making it free of charge soon for all returns 

Shipping Damage:

* If the product(s) arrives at your door with apparent damage, Please refuse to sign it and then contact us immediately.
* If you have already accepted the package and found it was damaged, please contact us within 24 hours by email ( info@Beurercenter.com ) or phone (00965-********)after the parcel arrived or From 9.00 Am to 6.00PM from Saturday to Thursday .

* Do not throw away any packing material.

Factory Defect:

* If you have received your product(s) with factory defect, please email us within 48 hours after you have received the Product.
* The product(s) which you want to return must be in new with its original packaging and also in unused condition.
* In case we cannot provide a replacement or exchange the product(s), we will arrange a full refund to you.
* Any other cases depend on the situation.

 

Once we approve the return, the item must returned within 2 days. The returned product(s) must be in good condition with original packaging.

If the returned item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will send a new one. Otherwise, if proved to be functional we will send the original item back to you. The delivery charges therefore should consider on the client.
